"What are you doing?" Leroy slowly asked Mendo who was busy painting Hennessy's face all white. He sure didn't looked amused by the paint but stood put since he knew a carrot would come his way pretty soon.
"Painting Henny's face!" Mendo chimed and added some more white around his muzzle.
"Weeell I can see that... is this one of your crazy ideas again?" Leroy was almost afraid to ask.
"Pppffth please! We're at a Halloween show Leroy! Cheer up! We want to celebrate the dead now..." Mendo put down the white paint and took a step back to examine Hennessy's absolutely bored face. Were was his carrot!?
"And what is this then? Is he suppose to be a ghost?"
"HAHA! Ghost?! I'm not even finished yet. He will be one big pink beautiful sugar skull when we're done.. you'll see!" Mendo nodded and put her hands at her sides as to admiring her handiwork. "You'll see..." she said with a satisifed look.
"Whatever... sometimes you're weird you know that right?" Mendo looked back at Leroy as she was heading down the stable isle.
"Of course I know!"
